Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

Somehow I always find myself with slightly less than 30 minutes in the morning for a yoga practice - this class is perfect in duration, calm instruction, speed, stretches and poses... just so lovely. Thank you Melissa

DYWM has many good instructors, but Melissa feels like an extension of myself. Some mornings, I just need about 15 minutes of stretching. This particular clip is awesome for rolling out of bed and warming up before hitting the treadmill or walking the pup. My joints were cracklin' like a bag of pop rocks and it never felt so good. Whoo-hoo! Thank you for this awesome video (with cozy tribal tunes).

This is a lovely way for me to come back to yoga after almost 3 months with virtually no exercise due to a broken leg. The body is "creaky-cracky" (love that term) but it still feels amazingly better after this class. Thankyou again Melissa - always love your classes.

I really like the speed of this one, starts slow and is not overwhelming while I'm still waking up. Also, not doing the cool down after helps me use this as a stretch before jumping on the bike. Then I wrap up with either your Bend and Stretch or Twist and Stretch session. Thanks Melissa, I just love your classes!!

Oh man, this was wonderful for me. I did interval running/walking yesterday for the first time in A REALLY LONG TIME. So this was perfect to energy my semi-sore body. Stretched out a lot of areas that needed to be stretched and definitely energized me! Thank you and Namaste.
