Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

I was looking to bring yoga back into my life and thought I would start with 20 minute morning sessions. This class is really wonderful. I didn't truly think it would help me wake up but it did! I also enjoyed how my body felt much looser at the end of the session. Thank you so much!

I found my way to DYWM from stumbling upon one of Melissa's videos on YouTube. She is my yoga-spirit animal. And this is the absolutley perfect way to get my middle-aged morning creaky body going when I only have about 15 minutes. I have my laptop and yoga mat near my bed and literally roll out and wake up my mind, circulation and muscles with this perfect combo of stretches. It's perfect for an exercise warm-up or when you only have that small window in the morn to loosen up before heading out the door. Thank you, Melissa!!!

Thank you DYWM for this great routine that I can do. I'm preparing for knee surgery so this routine is perfect for me as I get ready for my day, it's easy on my knees except the leg swings but I just skip that part. It's energizing and loosens up my body so I can move freely and easily. I'm looking forward to more challenging routines after surgery.
I appreciate Melissa's clear, encouraging direction and the speed she sets as we move through the routine. By the time the session is over I'm ready and eager to go.
