Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. Lovely way to start the day and I enjoyed being able to do it with my preschooler too! Easy to follow and do while very stiff and hurting but still get blood flowing! thank you!

What a lovely way to start the day. Confession - I was drinking my latte during the opening sitting, but moved it aside when my body said to put it down, ha ha!
Melissa, in this class anyway, doesn't say left or right ever, it's just a true mirror. Nice for a change to not have to be so specific.
Feel very stretched and joyous to start my day, thank you Melissa.
