Morning Slow Hatha Yoga Flow

Beginner I
Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

Thank you for sharing your routine ! I love sequences like this - to help me get moving as soon as I wake up. Then my body feels looser later on for a more traditional and longer class.

I did this during my wlunch break and it was fabulous to limber up my joints after sitting in front of my computer
