Some people have trouble waking up in the morning, so Melissa designed this class so that you can move slowly at first, to shake the sleep out of your eyes, before moving into poses that you need to wake up for. This is a gentle class that will feel deeply satisfying if you allow yourself to sink into it.

For true beginner.
Nice and easy to do and very effective in waking up the spine and hips.

Not much for legs, but really really good waking up movement for the spine. Great to do in the mornings.

I woke up really stiff and sore in the neck, after the 5 minutes of this class I could feel everything starting to loosen up. By the time I'd finished the class I was buzzing and not sore at all. I love this class for a quick 'Morning Slow Hatha Yoga Flow' fix!

I love this class. It's wonderful for the mornings when I feel slow and lazy. I also have my 5th grade class do this every morning, and they love it. Thank you!
