Great lesson as always. I did find it very hard to focus on the lesson with the type of music playing - my body keep on wanting to move to the beat of the music (as it was quite dominant) but I was trying to focus on the exercises. My intention was to relax but couldn't achieve that with the music playing. I think that the music worked in opposition to the lesson.
