This class works of the action “hugging into the mid-line”. Through this concept, we are able to gain strength and stability. We explore the same shape, in a few different variations, ending up at the wall in an inversion. Learn some key concepts that will help you in all of your practice.

Great class...fun !!! thanks I will get this....
Great class, thank you. That’s the first time I have managed to do the L up the wall!
Excellent!
L - shape is now my favorite thing.
Thanks
Terrific, we're being spoiled here with the top level of instruction through these sessions, amazing
I think this is my favourite Jonni-Lyn class so far! I'm going to be coming back to this one a lot
Lovely practice and reminders, thanks Jonni-Lyn!
I didn’t come up on an hand stand, but at least I tried!
This class made me feel strong and left me plenty to come back for. I love the progression through all the Ls. Thank you.
This is my first class with John-Lyn and i love it. Love the deep stretches. Can't wait to explore her other classes. Thank you!
Thanks.
Fabulous class - I struggled with elements of it - but gives me the challenge of returning and overcoming those struggles! Love JLF's style
Amazing class and amazing teacher!
Thank you so much! <3 <3 <3
Thank you Jon-Lyn. I loved this class and the way you prepared us for the more challenging parts. I found my limits and will be coming back to slowly expand them. Your cues and guidance were excellent. Making the connection between our lives, the way we approach them, and our movements through yoga was very meaningful. I also appreciate chanting. Namaste.
Challenging and straightforward teaching! I love the silent pauses which allow me to go inward!
She's becoming my fave teacher!
I struggle with "against the wall" exercises as I have no easily accessible wall or door to use. Can anyone suggest any alternatives or modifications (to the poses not my house!)?
I use my wardrobe!
Closet yoga!😂
I was thinking the same thing. I put my feet on my bed or yoga ball but skipped the full handstand.

Lots of challenge here that never felt too crazy. I appreciate Jonni-Lyn's gentle reminders about not taking things too seriously.
This was very enjoyable. One of these days I will get up into handstand. But for now, it's fun to just practice and play. Like Jonni-Lyn says, it's the journey that's important.
Loved this class. All the different positions were exciting to try. Thank you for reminding me to breathe, I’ll admit there were a few times when I forgot.
This was such a joyful class! I couldn’t quite kick up into handstand, but it was sure fun trying.
Added a bonus L-shape, legs up the wall, at the end just for fun!
Challenging but really good. I do wish you would slow down in a few places. By the time the cue registered so I could move you had moved to something else. I'm going to keep trying to get into that handstand!
My favourite Jonni-Lyn class so far. Fun, thoughtful transitions and strong ending!
This class ruled so hard. Feel like I could go run a 5K then go do some karaoke. I won't. But **I feel like I could.** Closest I've ever come to handstand. Something clicked into place. Thanks Jonni-Lyn!
Strong class, in more than one sense of the word! I found it challenging for sure, but the options offered along the way helped me figure out where I needed to work today without getting overwhelmed or discouraged. I appreciate the balance of powerful work and light attitude. Also, it’s so nice to close with a chant.
Thank you for the wisdom and fun, Jonni-Lyn.
What a unique and fun class!! I didn't think laying on my back and pushing into the wall would be so challenging!!! Thanks so much Jonni!
Wow! Thank you, especially for the reminders to listen to how we talk to ourselves.
This is a nice, strong and fun class! Thanks Jonni-Lyn.
A strong and yet slow and mindful session.
Great class!
Midline makes all the difference - thx Jonni-Lyn for this one - and all the other great classes!
Thank you 🙏 this class did give me a different perspective as I looked for a wall to use I actually found a door I’ve never looked at as a possibility to use , that was strong enough to support me. Some fun postures.
