L Shape To Fly
This class works of the action “hugging into the mid-line”. Through this concept, we are able to gain strength and stability. We explore the same shape, in a few different variations, ending up at the wall in an inversion. Learn some key concepts that will help you in all of your practice.

Thank you Jon-Lyn. I loved this class and the way you prepared us for the more challenging parts. I found my limits and will be coming back to slowly expand them.
