Challenging and straightforward teaching! I love the silent pauses which allow me to go inward!

I struggle with "against the wall" exercises as I have no easily accessible wall or door to use. Can anyone suggest any alternatives or modifications (to the poses not my house!)?

I was thinking the same thing. I put my feet on my bed or yoga ball but skipped the full handstand.

Lots of challenge here that never felt too crazy. I appreciate Jonni-Lyn's gentle reminders about not taking things too seriously.
