L Shape To Fly
This class works of the action “hugging into the mid-line”. Through this concept, we are able to gain strength and stability. We explore the same shape, in a few different variations, ending up at the wall in an inversion. Learn some key concepts that will help you in all of your practice.

Thank you 🙏 this class did give me a different perspective as I looked for a wall to use I actually found a door I’ve never looked at as a possibility to use , that was strong enough to support me. Some fun postures.
