Loved this slow class. One question : after explaining and practicing the ujayi breath I found it curious that Crista made several open mouth exhales during the practice. Did I misunderstand the intention?

Good observation and question! It is recommended that you do practice the ujjayi breath during the asana practice as much as you can. That being said some teachers do like to play with the power of the breath in different ways to discharge extra energy which is what I think she is doing in this class.

I really liked this class. I have been struggling to get into the intermediate flow classes and this feels like a really good class to get there. The time I take getting from one pose to another is usually too slow so I get behind. This had some really good cues for getting from one pose to another. Will put it on rotation until the transitions get easier.
