My first class with Christa as a teacher. That was such a wonderful way to wake my body up. Another instructor I need to follow! Thanks.

Thank you; great class! I've been trying to build up from Beginner to Intermediate. This is a very good flow for sun salutations.

Wonderful start to my day. Can I ask the purpose of the type of breathing, the oceanic back of throat breath? Just curious why this is good. Thank you for a beautiful session.

Hi there, Ujayi breath has many benefits. It extends and deepens the breath, makes breathing audible as a reminder to call continue, and regulates the breath. It is a balancing breath, so it both relaxes and energizes, which is a beautiful contradiction. Feel free the research it for more info.
