Who doesn't like a class that releases your hips? Crista's unique approach will not only do that - with style! - she'll have you doing foot balances, arm balances, arm binds, deep stretches for the shoulders, legs and lower back and, of course, core work. Truly beautiful class! I am a true intermediate and 1. modifications were perfect 2. having a couple of blocks handy was key. I was able to access 95% of this class, surprised myself with what I could do and got the closest (ever) to shoulder stand. thank you!

Wow! I throughly enjoyed this practice. The focus on the hips and twists released the tension. The twisting folds were new and amazing. Crista is a great teacher and her classes are enjoyable!

I appreciate the challenges Critsa offers in this class but I find her style around transitions and movements awkward within my body and make me wonder if I am doing them incorrectly. Unfortunately I don't feel refreshed after this class.

Doing this first thing in the morning, I was a bit worried as it jumps straight in. But I used the beginning as a warm-up, modifying as needed and it worked out brilliantly. Well connected asanas and unusual sequencing. I'll come back to this :)

I am more of an intermediate practice, but i was able to keep up fairly well. It's a bit tough on the 'ol wrists, but i will absolutely do this class again. The ending is truly captivating! Thank you Christa for your inspiration!!

I didn't realise how much I needed this class until I started! After a week of putting in a lot of running miles, I woke up on Saturday morning with stiff, achey legs. When I began the class I noticed my hips were really tight. Having done it, they feel wonderfully loose and open. I was feeling a bit low on energy too, but as usual I am so pleased I came to my mat. The class had a bit of challenge but wasn't super-taxing - it was just what I needed! I always love Crista's classes, thank you!!
