This class was the perfect amount of challenge, and the peak poses were JUST within reach for this class. My hips feel well-stretched and flexible, and I'm definitely going to be a bit sore in my legs and my core tomorrow! I'll be returning to this class again and again.

Really fun class with quite a few challenges to work toward. I wouldn't have attempted this advanced level class if it weren't for the challenge, but I'm glad I did it!

This is a well put together practice. I enjoyed it a lot. Only thing is near the beginning when we're on our backs with legs in the air, breathe in as we lift chest and twist up - that in breath does not feel right, i my body feels it should be an out breath during that move.

Wonderful challenge. I will definitely come back to this class at my favorite time of the day to practice: early in the morning.
