Great.Good twists and balance exercise .Some of them though I will do in my next lifetime .;)

Great hip opener. Didn’t love the more challenges poses and just did other stretches during them.

I’ve been looking forward to a full length class all week, and this did not disappoint! I’ve been meaning to try this class for a while - it was as fun as I expected. I love Christa’s creative sequences.
