Amazing! I have to admit I was initially a bit apprehensive when I saw the class was labeled Advanced. But Crista's instructions and cues made this so accessible - I actually surprised myself by what I could actually do!! I especially loved the bridge/shoulderstand transition. And Crista's beautiful chant brought tears to my eyes. This will be one of my favorite practices to revisit!!

A great practice on a day when I was experiencing random muscle cramps around my hips in the morning. I was afraid this class may intensify that pain but instead it eased those muscles and left me feeling great!
