Crista's unique approach will not only do that - with style! - she'll have you doing foot balances, arm balances, arm binds, deep stretches for the shoulders, legs and lower back and, of course, core work. Her smile and fun energy will carry you through the many tough, challenging parts of this class, encouraging you to move, stretch and push your body to the limits in a thorough, satisfying way.

I was nervous going into this advanced class, but I'm so glad I decided to do it. I had to make some adjustments, but Crista's instructions were perfect, and I even managed the peak pose. Very happy I came to the mat today.

Loved the uniqueness of this class. I struggled to find a focus and real flow in this practice, but still am happy that I started my day with great hip-opening stretches and balances - many that were new to me.
