Great hip class!
Some challenging poses. Crista's guidance is so clear that I was able to put my maximum effort into each position, even if I couldn't manage the the final pose. Very empowering!
Really interesting hip openers that I enjoyed doing, a lot of the practice was beyond my skill level though.
