I did this practice for the first time a few weeks ago after a couple of months without practicing. It was such a lovely return to a grounded self. I have watched just the first few minutes several times since when I needed to ground myself in a busy day. Thank you!
i'm really flexible in my body so most stretches don't really challenge me but i loved threading the needle in the pigeon pose. i totally felt that. wonderful! great class.
