I live in such a big and busy city. Each time I come to Do Yoga With Me, I feel as if I've found a place of inner and outer peace which acts as an antidote for the intensity here. I'm especially grateful for this 30-day challenge as I begin the work week after the holiday break and was feeling so anxious about it. Now, grounded and calm, I'm ready to move into the day.
