I haven't done yoga for a few months and I knew my physical problems would make it difficult to get back into it, so I kept procrastinating and I kept feeling worse and worse. But I knew I could do most, if not all, of one of Melissa's Hatha Yoga classes. And I was right :) And it feels good to come back. It's going to take me awhile to get back to where I was in my practice, but my goal is just to do something - the improvement will come. Thank you for this website and thank you, Melissa!! Love the ocean background.
