It's a lovely way to prepare for a good night's sleep, to get you out of bed to start your day or to provide a much needed break in the middle of the day. Melissa's clear and concise guidance allow you to absorb her soothing words of reassurance and strength. Do this class on its own or in conjunction with Melissa's Hatha Yoga For Self Care I.

What a lovely day three practice! I was feeling so anxious to begin work again today after such a peaceful holiday season. I was a little uneasy about the length this morning when I saw the time commitment. I cannot thank you enough, the 30-day-challenge centered and grounded me to the commitment. Namaste
It was lovely waking up to the sound of the ocean while doing yoga.

I am enjoying a quiet evening with my family now, while before class I had planned to work frantically on a homework assignment this evening :)
It's a nice session, but you should get a yourself better microphone. The sound quality could be better.
At times you talk to fast and eat half of the words. Especially in the beginning. At other times too low also.
Speak slow. Speak very clear, and get a better microphone. That would be GREAT :-)
