What a lovely day three practice! I was feeling so anxious to begin work again today after such a peaceful holiday season. I was a little uneasy about the length this morning when I saw the time commitment. I cannot thank you enough, the 30-day-challenge centered and grounded me to the commitment. Namaste

It's a nice session, but you should get a yourself better microphone. The sound quality could be better.

At times you talk to fast and eat half of the words. Especially in the beginning. At other times too low also.

Speak slow. Speak very clear, and get a better microphone. That would be GREAT :-)

I don understand your comments. I feel they are not valid, and perhaps you need to upgrade your microphone or computer at home. I am using this video from the other side of the world and whilst her accent is nothing like mine I have no trouble understanding her and her intention and speech inflection is perfectly understandable. I turn my microphone up on my keyboard if it is not loud enough and it is fine. have you tried doing this?
