Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

excellent stretches, just what I need for my body
This is perfect for anyone tied to a desk for a long period of time. It provides stretches to areas of an office worker's body which get adjusted to bad habits i.e. slouching, bad keyboard habits, etc. This is a short, intense class that is well worth the 20 minutes.
