Hatha Yoga for the Hands, Arms and Shoulders
Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

Very effective tension releasing exercises. Thank you David.
This practice has helped me several times this week alleviate some of the pain associated with a migraine. I work at a desk all day long and believe it is contributing. These heart opening poses are fabulous! Thank you!
What a great practice for those of us who work at the desk a lot!
Love all the variations of stretches for shoulders, arms, wrists, and fingers.
Thanks David, for guiding us through, in a safe and fun way. Grounded on the rocks, in warm evening light.
