Hatha Yoga for the Hands, Arms and Shoulders
Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

I wasn't particularly excited about this class, but what a surprise! I had several surgeries on my left forearm in my 20s and there is still some atrophy and minor limits to my mobility. This class seemed to be exactly the physical therapy I should have had years ago. Thanks!
This is a wonderfully calm stretching practice in areas that can get neglected, but support us in so much of our practice. Enjoy it!
Lovely class, my back of the head and neck headache went about halfway through the class. Feeling so much looser and softer around my shoulder girdle now.
So important for the upper back, fingers, arms and chest. Loved it!
