Releasing the muscles of the hands, arms and shoulders is so beneficial for everyone, without exception. In particular, this class is great if you want to help prevent or heal joint problems such as arthritis or carpal tunnel syndrome, improve performance at the office or in your chosen sport, improve posture or just feel better. As David says, the key is understanding alignment and moving in a way that encourages release and allows you to let go of stress.

Very easy but hugely benefiting class.
I was able to move well past my usual eagle arms, which is a telling sign for me that the shoulders are loose after the initial prep.

Thank you David.

This class is one that I keep returning to over and over and over again. It brings me huge relief from tension in my neck and upper back, and invites more spaciousness into my chest and heart. A perfect short practice to bring into your day!

I work graveyard shift, and when I do this at the beginning of my shift the rest of the night I feel so much more energized and awake. It's wonderful. Thank you.

Thank you, David. That was just what my hands & arms needed after a day at my work computer. I'll be coming back to do this again ..and again.. :-)
