Hanuman Fun
Hanuman pose is the forward-back splits. To achieve this advanced pose, Crista has designed an ingenious - and fun - flow that stretches the body in just the right way and at just the right pace to lead up to the depth of hanuman. It's a peak pose the deserves respect, and Crista honors it by addressing the muscles involved - the gluts, hamstrings, hip flexors and lower back - before moving into it for the first time. Get ready! You may just do the splits for the very first time!

This class has it all...challenges, flow, fun and a great total body workout. Krista is a wonderful teacher who gives instructions very well while using a soothing voice.
Amazing hip openers and stretch for the IT bands, this felt sooo good after a lot of running! Thank you for this fantastic class. Will keep coming back to it and hopefully one day will be able to do the full expression :-)

These two words don't usually go together in my practice but, as usual, your creativity (that transition from Vasisthasana to Hanuman - woah!) and sparkling energy made this a class I already wanted to repeat as soon as I'd completed it. Thank you lovely Crista and DYWM. You're an inspiration.
