She guides you through a safe and thorough practice, with lots of gentle stretching for the whole body. Thank you SO much for this lovely gentle class, Melissa! I have unintentionally not stepped onto the mat for a while (but have been doing other movement) and felt i needed something whole body, gentle and on the floor and I came back to DYWM and here was this lovely new class. Just what I needed. I feel gently released all over...like my anxiety has been moved out of my body. This was just perfect. Thankyouthankyouthankyou.
