She guides you through a safe and thorough practice, with lots of gentle stretching for the whole body. Wonderful relaxing class. Nothing too hard for a beginner and the instructor has a calm, soothing manner. The moves are not difficult but feel I received a good stretch. I had been doing Pilates in a studio but when Covid hit studio closed and I have not done much of anything except walking. I am trying this site out with the free yoga videos to see if I want to purchase a subscription. I will be looking for more from this instructor. Thank you and namaste!
