She guides you through a safe and thorough practice, with lots of gentle stretching for the whole body. This was so lovely and soothing - Melissa had such a friendly and warm teaching style and the soft, ground-bound movement practice was perfect. I am borrowing the ending twist variation for my own class tomorrow because I think it’s so perfect for my coworkers and our tight upper backs and shoulders!!
