A Full-Body Flow for Beginners
This gentle practice with Melissa is a full-body slow flow that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You can use this relaxation practice any time of the day. Note: You will need a block or cushion to sit on.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

SO Good!! After a long day, this class didn't feel like I was on my feet a lot, even though we were standing for a chunk of the class. Classic Melissa with her perfectly timed reminders of the breath and the simple things we forget - to let the judgement go. Still gives you some gentle heat :) while really getting a full body experience. Every part of my body feels more relaxed and stretched out.
