A Full-Body Flow for Beginners
This gentle practice with Melissa is a full-body slow flow that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You can use this relaxation practice any time of the day. Note: You will need a block or cushion to sit on.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.

What an amazing session! I am a beginner in a bigger body and I love these slow flow sessions because they are in a tempo I don't feel left behind in or out of my depth or such. LOVE IT! Felt so good to go through those gentle movements!
