A Full-Body Flow for Beginners
This gentle practice with Melissa is a full-body slow flow that will leave you feeling calm and grounded. You can use this relaxation practice any time of the day. Note: You will need a block or cushion to sit on.
This can either be done as a stand-alone class or as Day 1 of Grounding and Strength 14-Day Beginner Yoga Challenge.
