Dear Melissa - love your work, especially that you take the time to allow full breathing and I like reminders about the pelvic floor. The pace is very calming. One small thing by way of feedback and of course this may be just me; I am distracted when you give an instruction followed by "please". I start waiting for the next "please". I don't need my teacher to plead! I appreciate that you allow plenty of time for relaxation at the end. Your work is soothing to the nervous system. Thank you.
