In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. It includes a variety of elements including shoulders, hips, knees, balancing, sitting, transitions, breath awareness and body awareness.

Great all over body class Guy. I find the Warrior 3 pose still challenging, but I'll get there one day.
