This is my first class with Guy and i really enjoyed it. I was in the mood for a slower class but still a little challenge. Guy totally delivered. I loved the bell at the begining and also listening to Guy's deep voice. He is very soothing.

Thank you for this class, Guy. Your instructions were so clear and the flow was very nice. I will do this one again as I move toward my goal of a daily practice. I am turning 65 soon and wish to remain strong and flexible, and this class will help very much.
