In this slow flow practice, Guy draws on the various techniques introduced in his other slow flow classes to offer a slightly more challenging full-spectrum, full-body practice. It includes a variety of elements including shoulders, hips, knees, balancing, sitting, transitions, breath awareness and body awareness.

Thank you! I've now done this class 2 days in a row, as I loved the new (to me) poses of Archer, Dolphin & Reverse Plank. Perfect length and level of challenge for where I'm at right now. Namaste!
Great class, but that leaning forward on knees (where you say to do tiger claws) should have a warning on it for anyone who has knee problems. It looks fine, but my husband's knee popped out. We'll skip that part in the future, but thought I would warn the next gimp!
