I love how Krista incorporates the breath of fire into some of the poses. Also, love the alternate nose breathing as a wonderful way to close the class. Enjoyed all of the shoulder stretches as well. Thank you for a well balanced and fun class!

I still struggle with Bakasana, but Crista made sense for my body type (I'm very flexible) as I always struggle to keep my knees in my armpits. Taking the inner knee to the outer arm works much better for my body because then I can squeeze and lean forward. It's a matter of time, and I'm trying very hard not to be frustrated with myself. I loved the core work and working to the edge of opening shoulders. Namaste from Ireland.

My favourite class at the moment, I love the pranayama throughout and for some reason crow pose felt loads easier - the headstand transition feels a little unnerving, not sure how to do that without crashing on my head! I've felt really balanced at the end of the class each time, fractal patterns around the ceiling light must be a good sign anyway. Perfect, thanks so much.
