what a wonderful class! wish it was longer....
This is my new favourite class, and bringing the breath of fire in as well is just perfect. I cannot do the knee to the back of the arm sliding up and down move *at all*. I suppose I'll get there with practice, and building strength, but if there are any tips that would help be get it, I'd be very grateful. Namaste and thanks as always dear Crista!
Love how you integrate the breathe into the practice. The breath is so healthy for the body. The class is challenging enough to keep me engaged throughout the practice. Thank you for your awesome video!
