Thank you for that intentionally slow and purposeful engaging of the core. As an advanced practitioner now recovered from an injury (not yoga related), I have come to realise how much work is done in foundational core engagement. David, I must say that it is so assuring to hear your gentle alignment reminders throughout the class. I started a little over a month ago with your absolute beginner classes. This class was challenging but I feel stronger and more limber with every class. I am doing two classes a day. I just retired after 41 years of teaching theatre classes and find these classes and instructors better than in-person classes I've taken throughout the years. I am grateful for all of you at "Do Yoga With Me." Namaste.
