I've used this video on and off for years. I lost the link a couple years ago and recently figured it out again. I have 4 slip discs in my back. Periodically I overdue things and I end up with major lower back issues. To the point I can barely move, sleep, etc. I owe you my life. Recently about bed ridden, after 1 night of this video I was about 60% better. I will never lose the link to this video ever again. Thank you thank you thank you

A lovely, deeply relaxing lesson and a good length too. I did find the music relaxing and disconcerting at the same time. I do prefer the teacher talking while doing the yoga instead of narrated
