Hi David, I just tried this class with my lower back still stiff and recovering from sciatica and I found it very helpful. My lower back was very stiff and tight and during the class I felt a lot of tingling in my legs, feet and hands, it that normal? Also now after getting up off the mat I feel a sensation of vibration in my body. It Feels strange but good, is that also normal.?
