This was a marvelous hip opening class.
Thank you David for this wonderful stretching class. My old bones are appreciating all these challenges and I'm happy to try and restore flexibility that I had lost. Hopefully time will improve.
I had injured my back lifting 40 boxes of heavy books 3 weeks ago, had been doing my regular yoga routines to try to reduce the pain, had an intense massage and then slipped into a pot hole reinjuring it again. Immediately when I got home I found this video. What an utter relief to ease the pain!! The tennis balls in the sock helped get at trigger points and release the muscle knots. Thank you so much David!!
After a long walk yesterday, I woke up with very sore hips and lower back. I found this class for the first time and it was exactly what my body and mind needed. All of the stretches felt so good and I loved the Shavasana at the end was heavenly. Thank you!
