This was my very first yoga class. I've been suffering from chronic lower back pain for a little while and was looking for something that would help stretch it out and gently release the 'ouch' areas. This was so good, and so relaxing!

I've been dealing with lower back issues along with tight hips and hamstring issues for some time. I run 2 x a week and complete HIIT sessions 2 x a week; after each session, I make sure to stretch. Even with my active lifestyle and stretching routine, I am still dealing with tight hips and hamstring along with lower back issues. This amazing routine is what I needed and I can feel a difference after 2 sessions.

Great teacher with clear instructions, calm spirit, precise movements, and great flow. I'm not rushed into the positions and the time in each position is perfect. I have bookmarked this session and many others with David as the instructor. Thank you
