Hi there! Thanks so much for the class. I really enjoy all of David's classes, and this setting was very beautiful although where possible I prefer the direct speaking rather than the voiceover. My hips are very tight but I'm not able to get the full benefit from the hip stretches since my knees are very loose and prone to injury (hyperflexibility) so i'm having to be super careful in all the legs crossed, knees bent type postures. Any tips, apart from keeping the feet flexed which definitely seems to help? I feel my knees are really holding the rest of my body back!

I had tried this session once before with "painful" results and I believe the pain was due to my attitude. This time, with a relaxed quiet frame of mind it was much more beneficial. Thank you David for the gentle directions and especially for the mindful relaxation at the end. The music gives a fantastic benefit!

This was the first class I did with DYWM on a ski trip when my hips were hurting. Since then it's my go-to class when the hips and lower back are tight. Right now I am doing Fiji's 14 days challenge but needed to do this class in the middle to stretch out. Now that the poses are familiar there is time to hold them longer :-).

This was my very first yoga class. I've been suffering from chronic lower back pain for a little while and was looking for something that would help stretch it out and gently release the 'ouch' areas. This was so good, and so relaxing!

I've been struggling with ITB issues for the last few years and doing this class always helps on those days where I feel I don't have the strength to do anything else. Once again DYWM team, you have saved the day :) :)
