Wonderful all-round and profound lower back, hip, and leg stretches - loved your gentle and clear instructions, and the perfect pace of it.
And the ducks and Canada geese commuting and communing - so Beacon Hill Park, eh?! :-)

I am not a naturally flexible person - often it's uncomfortable - so this class was a very welcome discovery. Slow, steady and deep it has helped me touch my toes (finally!) as well as being a wonderful class to loosen tight hips and an even tighter lower back. This class is the perfect accompaniment for anyone who is a runner, hiker or lover of long, vigorous walks.

This was a great class to help my aching muscles after several days of getting back into running after a long hiatus. This class targeted all the right muscles and I am feeling so much better having completed the class, ready to get back out on the trails tomorrow.

sacroiliac joint pain?

I hoped this video would help with some pain I've been having in my lower back (sacroiliac joint). This didn't quite do it for me in that area, but my legs and hips felt AMAZING. I will be coming back to this video for sure. If you are having general muscle pain in your lower back I can see this being helpful as well.
