During savasana I literally felt vibration of prana. The stretches and the rhytmic steadiness of your guidance helped me in awakening it. I very often feel like it`s blocked and I am looking for the classes that would follow a smooth transition without rushing through the poses at the expense of the commentary about the breath. I feel very grateful.

This was absolutely amazing. I am an athlete with chronic back and hip injuries and soreness, and this helped release all my muscles. I highly recommend this video to whoever had back issues. Because sometimes you might not realize your back pain is coming from your hips and hamstrings.
