This reactive is perfect for first-thing-in-the-morning. I loved seeing the geese and ducks wandering around in the background. My hips, legs, and lower back feel beautifully stretched, and I enjoyed the short guided relaxation at the end. Thank you David!

This session is perfect if you have stiff, painful hips. I went to my doctor due to extreme pain in my right hip, but mentioned to her that I was just starting yoga for my hip. She encouraged me to continue and in a few sessions the hip pain was gone! Thank you, David, for this wonderful sequence of stretches, but most importantly for having the vision to begin this website.
