Thank you so much. Whether it's due to working a lot from a continuous seated position or a core injury which has taken me out of sports for three years, this class was a phenomenal re-entry to yoga. Every fiber from my psoas muscles to my calves was intensely activated and felt the breath of new life. I feel wonderful.. Namaste.

I nearly fell asleep in savasana! I've been suffering from anxiety for a couple months and haven't felt this relaxed in ages. I also have tight it bands so test stretches are perfect for releasing tension in the hips where we store our emotional junk. Thank you!
