This is a back saver for many issues from sitting for far too long in front of a computer screen but this workout helps me loosen all those core muscles and helps my posture as well.

The third time I did this class I experienced a deep release of joy. I've heard that the psoas (hip flexor) is the muscle of the soul and after this class I know it can release powerful emotions.

Relief for lower back pain

I have been working on advancing my yoga practice and had gotten away from doing slow, stretching classes such as this one. A few days ago I tweaked my lower back while practicing forearm stand, so I revisited this video today to stretch out that area. I feel so much more relaxed and pain-free already! Thank you so much for providing a variety of types of classes at different levels with excellent instruction.
