Thank you so much. Whether it's due to working a lot from a continuous seated position or a core injury which has taken me out of sports for three years, this class was a phenomenal re-entry to yoga. Every fiber from my psoas muscles to my calves was intensely activated and felt the breath of new life. I feel wonderful.. Namaste.
