This class is slow, gentle and offers a deep opening for the muscles around the hips, lower back and legs. Its pace alone allows you to sink into a beautiful state of calm. Add the beautiful sounds of Craig Paterson, master musician, and you will be lulled into a deep, lovely, relaxed state.

Thank you so much for this

Thank you so much for this video, woke in pain this morning with tightness & tension in my hips and lower back, followed this this morning & feel so much better for it. Am new to yoga & what a great way to start! Thank you.

This video changed my life

Thank you for putting this video together. I have been doing yoga every day since February of last year. More than half the time I follow this yoga routine. When I began doing yoga I was having back spasms at least once per week. Thanks to THIS VIDEO (also found on Vimeo and YouTube) I have not had a back spasm in 10 months. Thank you David!!!

I so needed this. Have been having major issues with my sacral. This helped so much. I highly recommend this class and to anyone who travels extensively as I do. Getting back into yoga again. It's the only time I feel better.

Thank you David.

This was the first DYWM video I did when I first started exploring yoga, almost 2 years ago. Amazing hip opening. My whole body felt 100% better after completing the class. It was one of my favorite "revisits". I have become stronger and more flexible than I ever could have imagined with yoga. Thank you for all you do and I am so grateful for your website, DYWM.

David, another great class on this site - a lovely stretch on Christmas morning for a spongy-sufferer! Also, loved your company of birds in the video. I think you're in Beacon Hill Park?
