This video changed my life

Thank you for putting this video together. I have been doing yoga every day since February of last year. More than half the time I follow this yoga routine. When I began doing yoga I was having back spasms at least once per week. Thanks to THIS VIDEO (also found on Vimeo and YouTube) I have not had a back spasm in 10 months. Thank you David!!!

I so needed this. Have been having major issues with my sacral. This helped so much. I highly recommend this class and to anyone who travels extensively as I do. Getting back into yoga again. It's the only time I feel better.

This was the first DYWM video I did when I first started exploring yoga, almost 2 years ago. Amazing hip opening. My whole body felt 100% better after completing the class. It was one of my favorite "revisits". I have become stronger and more flexible than I ever could have imagined with yoga. Thank you for all you do and I am so grateful for your website, DYWM.
