Love this whole series, I try to do this one 2-3 times per week, find it strengthens and stretches everything I need for both hiking and skiing in a very time-efficient manner
good class except transitions and exercises are never explained as you are going through it. I am pretty disappointed as they are normally quite good at that on here

Probably should comment since I've been coming back to this work out for a few years now! I'm a med student, so I always appreciate an efficient workout that fully utilizes every minute, and this is exactly that! Plus her cheery attitude always makes me smile . Thank you for this!
