Make your core fantastic with this awesome yoga/pilates fusion class! It's a quickie, but be ready for a challenging core workout. Kim, in her wonderfully light-hearted style (and her wonderful polka dot pants!) has a way of making you feel like you can do what your body is telling you that you can't. This short video is included in the Class Pack, Level 3 Yoga/Pilates Fusion.

I was looking for a short class which focused specifically on building up core strength and this class definitely did that. I agree that the delivery was cheerful and encouraging and it didn't feel like hard work! However, like others, I had to stop the video a few times to work out exactly what I was supposed to be doing. If the explanations were a little bit clearer, this would be a 5* class for me. Thanks!

I recommend redoing this unit. It's a nice little sequence, but the lack of cuing is frustrating. Also, I would add a few minutes to allow the practitioner to feel her body more in each pose and in each transition. Thnak you for your consideration.

I want to hate core workouts but Kim's lovely spirit makes this enjoyable. I appreciate the reminders to not stress the lower back. Great quick class! Thanks Kim

Fantastic core workout, but narration could be improved. I had to keep looking at my laptop to see what the next move was.

Hi Kim
Thanks for your class. It was really good and I feel stretched and open , early in the morning. I loved the transitions in the class. They were gradual and fluid. Looking forward to trying other classes from you.
fitbit caloric burn : 35 calories.

Class jumps right into some core burning moves. I'm not in very good shape, but Kim's counting really helped me get through all the reps of each exercise. Was challenging for my arm-strength with no direction on how to do a vinyasa while protecting the shoulders, so this might not be suitable for a beginner.

Done this a few times now and I love the burn it gives me. Will continue with it!
