Make your core fantastic with this awesome yoga/pilates fusion class! It's a quickie, but be ready for a challenging core workout. Kim, in her wonderfully light-hearted style (and her wonderful polka dot pants!) has a way of making you feel like you can do what your body is telling you that you can't. This short video is included in the Class Pack, Level 3 Yoga/Pilates Fusion.

I really like Kim as an instructor, which is very important for a satisfying experience. She explains the poses well as she goes. Thanks, Kim.

I love this practice. It's actually a 24 minute video though, not 18. It's a small issue, but it would be nice to get that fixed so that it shows up with the other 20-30 minute videos. Thank you to David for creating this site. I'm a college student without access to regular group yoga classes and it is wonderful to be able to come here daily without worrying about financial obligations and know that I can put something back into the site when I have a proper job.

this video is underrated! kim has a really nice presence, and if you do the poses correctly and adjust them to accomodate your desired intensity it's a great core workout. i am dealing with some back, hamstring and hip issues lately, and i felt great after doing this + david's deep hamstring/hips release videos.

Thank you for an amazing core practice! Your dialogue throughout is great......instruction and tone. Very excited to do again and again!

Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

You are absolutely right - I mixed up her Core Fantastic and Armilicious classes. They are now in their correct places!

All the best,

This was great! I find I have a weak core (need to work it more) this is short but gets right to where it counts!

Ok, I've been doing this Core Fantastic workout for a while now and always thought it seemed more like an arm workout rather than core. Is it possible that Core Fantastic and Armilicious are titled wrong and they should actually be swapped? It just seems like Core Fantastic focuses on my arms while Armilicious focuses on my core...

I have the same impression for this workout. Of course, the plank poses work your core, but I think that with the Chadarangas and twists it is more an arm workout. Nevertheless, I liked it and will do it more often in order to work my arms.
