Thank you Kim. As a very busy mum this is ideal while the little lad sleeps upstairs and he other child at school. Me time to a T and fits in well with other Yoga styles i practice. Great core session! :)

The flow of the entire session is just so wonderful. Couple of the poses which Kim included in the session are just as powerful as simple and easy. I can't recall the last time I did the Happy Baby Pose... God! Loved its lightness and serenity.

This was no joke. I was sweating and my abs were shaking. Also got a decent back and hip/quad stretch. Will be doing this again!

What a great little short sharp shock that was. Finished a long swim and was looking for for a bit more. This was ideal, and what a pleasure listening to Kim's instruction. Yet another class I will visit regularlyB-)

This workout is both relaxing and a great strengthening session for the core. I love doing it pre- or post-run, and I usually feel some soreness in my obliques the next day!
