Thanks for the feedback, everyone.

You are absolutely right - I mixed up her Core Fantastic and Armilicious classes. They are now in their correct places!

All the best,

This was great! I find I have a weak core (need to work it more) this is short but gets right to where it counts!

Ok, I've been doing this Core Fantastic workout for a while now and always thought it seemed more like an arm workout rather than core. Is it possible that Core Fantastic and Armilicious are titled wrong and they should actually be swapped? It just seems like Core Fantastic focuses on my arms while Armilicious focuses on my core...

I have the same impression for this workout. Of course, the plank poses work your core, but I think that with the Chadarangas and twists it is more an arm workout. Nevertheless, I liked it and will do it more often in order to work my arms.

Good afternoon! I subscribe to the page because I like to do yoga daily. My husband made a subscription-donation of $ 3 per month. Whenever I tried to make a class, this is interrupted. Can you help me? Thank you!

Hi there.

Thanks for the email.

It's difficult to know exactly what is happening, but there are a couple of things that you can try, that often solve the problem.

1) Our videos often freeze around the 20-minute mark when played on an iPad or iPod, so you'll want to watch them on a laptop or desktop.
2) Use Google Chrome as your browser. Chrome seems to work best with our site.
3) Press play, then pause and wait for a few minutes to allow it to load. Once you press play again, as long as your internet connection if fairly good, it should play through without a problem.

Let me know if that helps!
