Thanks for the class David. This class, while it wasn't the kind of challenging that makes me curse under my breath or make grunting sounds, was warming for my body, which I liked. It felt very safe and the pace included lots of repetition to make sure the body was warmed up. It seemed to pass more quickly than some of the other classes I've tried here.

I enjoyed the slow pace and clear instructions David was giving. I felt really relaxed with the deep stretches!!!!
