My back has been completely seized up since I took a barre class almost a week ago (big mistake!). I feel like this slow but thorough class finally allowed my back to stretch and release! Such a great class! I loved it!

Thanks so much for this great great great class !It might have become my favourite so far, I'm definitely gonna do it again and again (and try your other classes). It has a perfect balance between stretch, strenght and balance, being easy for the beginner I am and yet a bit challenging. Plus, the rythm is ideal for me, the poses aren't over repetitive (I don't get bored) and your instructions are detailed enough for allowing me to skip looking at the screen when I prefer not to. Thanks so much Anastasia :)

This class didn't feel like an hour at all, probably because it was so calming and yet so much fun. You're a great teacher, Anastasia. I felt really comfortable in this practice, not too strenuous but not too easy either. Also, I never realized how tight my hamstrings are :o I loved the focus on breathing and the constant reminders to breath (sometimes I forget hehe) which is really important. Thanks again, amazing work!!
edit: I will master this sequence if it's the last thing I do so help me god jeez

I love how this class is so relaxing, yet gently challenges you with various strengthening poses and boat pose! The instruction was so clear and flowing I barely had to look at the screen. This class really got me into the zone. I feel so relaxed now. Thank you Anastasia!
