I love this video! Anastasia's instructions and guidance are amazing, and my entire body feels so much better after this (especially my back). Will come back to this video over and over again!

It was so easy to follow her crisp breathing instructions. No nonsense talk....just what is absolutely needed.
I hope you put up more videos like this for beginners.Thank you.

This class felt great, especially in my upper back/shoulders, plenty of stretch without straining my injured joints. The class was long enough that we had time to really go deeper into the hamstrings and hips and that felt wonderful. Thanks for the class!

Perfect wind down after a busy day, clear instructions, nice pace not too slow or too rushed...loved the humour in "challenging your balance" during tree pose...that's what I'm like trying to stay balanced lol! Thank you for the perfect class Anastasia it is now bookmarked. :))))

Thanks so much for the compliment! I have a full time job which leaves no time for teaching yoga, or even devoting to my own practice, so I have taken a break from making videos. But never say never!
