Nice, gentle full body stretch that works for intermediate. I usually like classes that are more strength building but nevertheless enjoyed a lovely hour of stretching and nourishing my body. I'll come back to this not just if tired but also if feeling that my muscles need stretching more than pushing, if that make sense.

Great class. Suitable for beginners as well as Intermediate. I really liked her calming voice, with just the right amount of instructions and pacing.

What a beautifully calming class!!! The poses are held for a perfect amount of time enabling wonderful stretch and release. Your voice is very soothing and adds to the effectiveness of the class. Thank you for a wonderful class that I have just bookmarked!!!

This is a very inspiring class, focused on stretching all the body, from toes to neck. Anastasia puts a great emphasis on breath, keeping it steady and sweet, like the movements. I feel energized and supple after doing it. Thank you!
