I've been doing yoga for many years and am just starting to teach... this class is incredibly inspiring! The teaching style is very warm and smooth, the poses simply and clearly explained with just enough instruction. So much heart. Thanks for sharing!

It was so easy to follow her crisp breathing instructions. No nonsense talk....just what is absolutely needed.

This class felt great, especially in my upper back/shoulders, plenty of stretch without straining my injured joints. The class was long enough that we had time to really go deeper into the hamstrings and hips and that felt wonderful. Thanks for the class!

Perfect wind down after a busy day, clear instructions, nice pace not too slow or too rushed...loved the humour in "challenging your balance" during tree pose...that's what I'm like trying to stay balanced lol! Thank you for the perfect class Anastasia it is now bookmarked. :))))
